We covered our safety procedures, the history of the sunken ship, and what we would see. Being in such a small group instantly made me feel confident.

It's now a bustling new home, draped in get more info corals and swarming with fish. I spotted giant groupers hiding from the hull, and schools of fusiliers hiding in the superstructure. That feeling of gliding alongside this silent, ghostly structure was hard to describe—haunting, beautiful, and humbling all at once. It's a time capsule under the water.

For any an Open Water diver (or higher) coming to Con Dao and looking for something more the standard reef, I cannot recommend this **Con Dao wreck dive** highly enough.
